As nextCIGAR's Lead Designer, we have successfully revamped the nextCIGAR CLUB membership program, which was no longer fit for purpose. Working as Project Lead, I collaborated with the Key Account Manager and Marketing Specialist, leveraging existing platform data to identify crucial improvements. Working closely with a development agency and their UI UX Designer, the relaunched platform effectively boosted customer retention.
