I designed high-conversion email layouts focused on expanding their online customer database, alongside a full range of POS materials and environmental signage for experiential events, such as the Double Serum 2018 workshop. This dual-track approach ensured a seamless brand experience from the initial digital touchpoint to the physical point of sale, maintaining Clarins’ premium aesthetic across all platforms.
